I did not expect the Gantt chart plugin to do this. I was just saying that it would be a place the dates would be seen. What is needed is something that is executed when a ticket is edited. My task here has been to see if there is some great bit of code in some plugin that does this. I admit I was not expecting to find anything. But Trac always surprises me. Things I had not considered are often possible. So I have posed the question.
