Hi, I am fairly new to Trac and have taken over the managment of an Trac 0.12 instalation in a windows system. What I want to do is to be able to automatically create tickets from with in a program in responce to certainconditions being met, e.g. alerting people when there is a error or somthing has to be checked.
There is some code from the person who was doing this job before me usign wget, and as I understand it pretending to be a web browser. Is there a better way to acomplish this rather than fixing up that code? I had a look at http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/Clients and some of those look like they may be appliciable to what I want to do. Just wondering how owuld be best to proceed.
