Hello,

I'm upgrading Trac from 11 to 12. We have several Trac projects, one was 
upgraded successfully (trac-admin /var/trac/tracroot_big upgrade run 
without errors), but when upgrading the second one (which is much older and 
contains more tickets) returns the following error:

IntegrityError: columns ticket, time, field are not unique

In the ticket_change table in the database there are actually no 
duplicates, so it is surely upgrade issue. I would appreciate any help.
