Indeed it was. It would somehow seem natural that these thing were
set/shown where you otherwise define milestones. After all, you do not
add the milestone in the Admin tab. I am guessing it was easier to do it
as it has been done. If they had wanted to limit who could fiddle with
this, they perhaps should have used a permission.
