The closest thing I can think of is this - I've started adding support to the IncludeMacro for displaying a ticket comment (1). If you wanted to build a table of descriptions manually, this might be eventually possible using the IncludeMacro. The IncludeMacro willl eventually have support for including a ticket description [[Include(comment:description:ticket:1000)]]. Maybe a filter could be added to get the head revision of a description on a specific date. You'd probably have to build on the IncludeMacro functionality to filter for the specific revisions that you want.
