I'm not sure why you wanted to compile yourself?

...the fourth link is precompiled for windows, python 2.7 and httpd 2.2.

I use mod_wsgi with httpd 2.2 on windows no problems (although I am still on 
python 2.6).  Have you actually tried it?  What problems did you encounter?

I managed to get everything going on windows OK with the existing information, 
especially from the Trac and mod_wsgi websites.  Did you read Graham's help
