OK, so Subtickets sound better because it would be good to be able to easily 
create a new subticket (which would have milestones and parent fields already 
filled out). The MasterTicket approach relies on manual entry of the ticket 
number, and as far as I can tell, doesn't even turn field values into clickable 
links.

The visualisation tools would be very useful when it is implemented.


I don't think this helps with the "work package" stuff we've been discussing 
;-) That is still a different beast altogether.
