---- Update 2012/08/28 I´ve picked the server up at the colocation facility today for a closer investigation. On a first rough check there are no obvious hardware defects, but the BIOS setup reported "configuration errors". There are vague hints that one of the RAM banks may be erroneous. In other words: further checks are required to find the cause of the issues. This might take another day or two, depending on the results. Will post a short note here as soon as there is any news.
