Not at all, sorry. But because of your request I had a short look at the
patch, and it appears to have wrong indentation (7 instead of 8 spaces).
This might not be the only problem, but at least worth a try to fix it.

I'd recommend to move the patch from the wiki page into an
appropriate ticket, even more if it works.

TicketValidator seems in need of a maintainer. I've flagged it
accordingly now.

Please call for help, if you need it. In general we're welcoming
application for interested parties to maintain plugin code.
