This is largely intended. Still you may want to look at http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/PdfRedirectorPlugin Only drawback of this plugin: Currently it shades the <Delete> button, but this may get eventually fixed. Meanwhile you can still delete by * temporarily disabling the plugin (admin only) * typing the appropriate URL manually ..?action=delete I think there is even a ticket for discussion of this issue.
