I forget to say that after server restart (it's working on Apache2) it 
starts to work again...

Thank You for replay, I'll try to switch all plugins off but I don't 
understend how plugins can cause this problem... It seems to be database 
backend connect/timeout/
reconnect issue... Anyway thank You for idea...
