Yes. That's the way to go indeed. Trac is minimal out of the box, and
disabling more of its standard-on-components (Tickets, Wiki) is
straight-forwards.

Still one note of caution: Because the Wiki is the standard handler, the
base URL of a default Trac installation '/' is mapped to the wiki entry
page (WikiStart wiki page). I'll want to make sure, that the repository
browser takes over correctly in your use case, so '/' becomes a synonym
for 'browser/'. OTOH wiki is valuable even with that single front page
as an explanatory 'about this site', so you may end with that
configuration (browser + single-page wiki) instead.
