I tried both versions, trunk and 0.11 with a Trac-1.0.0. AnnouncerPlugin 0.11 doesn't work at all for me, it stops with AttributeError in upgrade (see http://trac-hacks.org/ticket/9742). Trunk seems to work fine for the ticket system, but I don't get emails from FullBlogPlugin (current version) on creating new blog posts. I added [fullblog-announcement] always_notify_author = enabled blog_email_subject = Blog: ${blog.name} ${action} but it doesn't help. All AnnouncerPlugin checkboxes on Admin are checked on. Trac's default notification system is switched off. FullBlogNotificationPlugin has been uninstalled. What could be wrong?
