Hm, so this is obviously not confirming my suspect. What I had in mind was the AccountManagerPlugin, that has known issues with current code, that are related to the new single-sign-on feature. I'll fix that soon. So I've no good idea or hint left, that you could follow, sorry. I just know, that SQLite is rather weak when it comes to fast concurrent access, and you should try PostgreSQL to sort that out, if you can.
