How do reposition for instance, a milestone drop down list from the "Ticket 
Priorities" block to anywhere else on the ticket page?

Where in the admin console or the code can I perform this operation?  

>From what I see, you can activate a drop down list in trac.ini but the code 
places the new ticket component in a "locked in" location on the ticket 
page.

Does anyone have an example where they have changed the location of a drop 
down list on a trac ticket webpage?
