Most likely you're on the wrong track here.

I know, that sounds kind of funny, but this mailing list is about
supporting Trac (trac.edgewall.org), the software, that the project
you're trying to use is using itself for tracking issues.

Please go and see their support forum instead, because probably nobody
here is able to help with that product.
