Michael,

I believe the TitleIndex page exists in every trac wiki by default and
displays all pages created in the Wiki. It's visual only in the sense that
it provides you a long list of TracLinks to all pages indents grouped pages.

Alternatively you can create a wiki page and just use the TitleIndex macro
as content, like so:
[[TitleIndex(format=group,min=4)]]
