Hello, it took me a while to find out that when you are in a custom query, there are supposed to be check boxed left to the ticket number and that the batch modify only applies to the checked tickets. Am I right this this assumption?
Currently I see the "Batch Modify" form beneath the ticket list of the custom query, but if I press the "Change Tickets" button, nothing happens and neither the front end, nor the Trac Log indicate any error. Any idea what I am doing wrong or what information you (or I) need to narrow down the cause? Attached you can find a trac log of such a futile "Change Tickets" attempt.
