Initially I noticed, that you use Trac 0.12.2 instead of Trac 1.0.1, the current stable release. Next you've not installed Babel (on purpose?), because I can't see translatable page content in my native language. Apart from that minor nit-picking there's not much to tell, because request to /login does simply hang. It seems to not timeout at all.
