Thanks for your reading Defaultly , a ticket can be modified by anyone who hava TICKET_MODIFY permission, but in a common workflow, I'd like to reserve this authority to whom not own this ticket, or the ticket system will be in a mess especially Trac have a great many users...
In a words, I wish only ticket owner and admin can modify a ticket status, others can only add comments.
