Interesting question. Closest that I know of is my own test setup with little more than 30.000 tickets. Someone mentioned to use the TracBrowser on a copy of the Linux kernel Git repo, but I have not seem real numbers as high as yours here yet. We might want to create something like a TracScores wiki page at trac.edgewall.org from feedback given here.?
