Svn supports a bunch of different access methods (urls), see subversion book. The easiest is direct disk access: file:///. You need the directory with svn repos mounted on local machine(s) -- via nfs, samba, or whatever. Access over ssh: if you can ssh to a machine that has svn repos mounted, you can use svn+ssh url.
