I have run across an unusual issue. I have one user who is not able to login to Trac after renewing his PKI certificates. The certificates are loaded in his browser but on every attempt to access Trac, he gets an SSL error. I see the following error in tthe ssl_error_log: "access to /var/html/trac/newticket failed reason: SSL requirement expression not fulfilled (see SSL logfile for more details)". I have checked the ssl_sid_list.conf and trac.htpasswd files in /etc/httpd/auth to ensure that the user's information is present and valid. I have also checked to ensure that he has an account and permissions in Trac. I am at a loss to determine why this is happening. I have noticed, upon checking his browser, that the user has both his new and old certs loaded. I do not know if this could cause a possible conflict.
