Hi !

I've been working recently on Bloodhound RPC test suite until I
finally managed to run all test cases for both XML and JSON RPC . I've
noticed a few differences and wanted to start working on that. All the
details are documented in a ticket [1]_ as well as initial test
results [2]_ .

My questions are :

  - Is there a special reason for XmlRpcPlugin to return error code 1 for
    'internal errors' ?
    * JSON-RPC complies with the standard by returning -32603
  - Will the modifications proposed in bhnet:product:rpc:ticket:210 [1]_ cause
any trouble when it comes to integrating Trac + BH with existing external
    services/apps ?
    * ... or maybe is it better to force JSON-RPC to return error code 1 ?
  - Are there instructions online indicating how to run (preferably functional)
tests of Mylyn connector test suite with Trac XmlRpcPlugin ?

I'd really appreciate your comments on the subject in spite of
improving both Trac and Bloodhound RPC support .
TIA
