Trac 0.12.5 I would like to be able to add the following to all 'Newly created tickets':
Unfortunately we cannot keep tickets open-ended. If no one has accepted your ticket by 1st April 2014, ticket will be closed as "No Volunteer". But in a way that end user cannot remove it while creating ticket.
