Hi, 

Yep, there are 2 python.exe processes which are running. 
Could it be the problem ? Maybe there should be only one python.exe 
process... I don't remember if I tried to launch tracd in the cmd.exe when 
I was "experimenting" TRAC in order to understand how the plateform 
works... :(
