Hello, We have 986K tickets, and going. I'm trying to streamline some of the processes. One of them is time it takes to make all the clicks. For example the "next" is on top of page, so when you close ticket, you need to scroll up. I would like to take it to next step and find a plugin that does below. Would anybody know how I can achieve that?
*Plugin 1. When you resolve the ticket as "fixed" or invalid...etc, trac will take me to next ticket in queue. * *Example:* *I come in, I click :My tickets, it shows 50 tickets. I press first, do what I need to do, press resolve as fixed, trac takes me to ticket#2 in my tickets?* Other plugins if you know they exists please let me know, or if you can help me write one? Plugin 2. When ticket is closed, I would like to copy data to another system, are there examples on how at "resolved as fixed" status, I can call some function or code, that I can modify to my needs? Plugin 3: Are there any plugins where when I query tickets for owner:me it will display attachments in the query section,,I'm most interested if there is a readable preview of every attachment, that I can browse by either moving the cursor or arrow down. This would help "search" for item that I'm looking for.
