It looks like the purpose of admit_domains is to allow domains that don't 
match the domain name regex (the example given is `localhost`). I don't see 
that a blacklist/whitelist is supported anywhere. You could open a ticket 
and we can see about adding it in a future release.

For an immediate solution, my next move would be to see if the email server 
can be configured to support the use case.
