You'll need to enable the SubversionConnector component, which can be done through the plugin admin page, or with the following configuration change: [[components]] tracopt.versioncontrol.svn.svn_fs.* = enabled There are some additional components in tracopt.versioncontrol.svn.svn_prop that may also be of interest to you. The easiest way to inspect these is to go to the plugin admin page.
