After reading further little bit I found out that sha1 is used to hash name and ticket number in schema creating in which case I can create script to create required folders and file names. The remaining problem is piece of directory path that I do not know how is formed: project/files/attachments/ticket/*1b6/* [sha1_hashed_ticked_id]/[sha1_hashed_filename.ext.ext] If any one has advise I would appreciate.
