Nothing I've seen, but as far as I know it would really just come down to
understanding where and how everything is installed on CentOS, gathering up
those artifacts, doing a new Trac installation on Windows and then
restoring the environment from the backup that you've created.

I always suggest moving between the same two Trac versions, so upgrade on
the CentOS side if you are moving to a newer Trac version on the Windows
side.
