Hi to all, How stable the email2trac plugin is ? Does it spam the trac system by duplicating the tickets ?
I heard that If I want to update the ticket, the email2trac plugin will parse it and will create a new ticket rather than updating the existing ticket. Does it change the ticket features like closed, open, #cc without any problems ? I request you all to give some feedback on this.
