Hi, is there some TICKET_EDIT_DESCRIPTION for allowing users to edit descriptions of their own tickets, I mean reported not assigned.
It would be more useful to behave like TICKET_EDIT_COMMENT, that is enabling allows to edit all comments, and disabling means only being allowed to edit one own comments.
