Thank for your suggestions. I added line: " trac.ticket.batch.* = enable " to trac.ini Under the web GUI > Admin > Permissions, I added TICKET_BATCH_MODIFY to myself, logged out, cleared cache, I still don't see Batch Modify. (New image attached).
