I'll be working on a similar feature for trac-github plugin (1). The feature could be implemented as a standalone plugin, or as an enhancement to AccountManagerPlugin. Are you using AccountManagerPlugin? Side note: do you have any interest in single-sign-on authentications for all of the sites.
