Correct, it is a list of tasks to be performed on a regular basis to keep 
the site clean, whether that is Trac itself or a local install.
Every one of the tasks ends with a link to the pages in question. That has 
not been developed here, because this shows the outline of what it would 
look like. At this stage I did want to cannibalise one of the existing Trac 
pages.
Ultimately some macros are needed, and more than likely some new ones would 
have to be developed.
