Hi,

Is there any way i can add a custom button into trac that will allow the 
user to send out an email based on a template?

One way it could work is if the user presses a button to send out an email, 
it opens up a existing template in outlook.

Ideally, i'd like it to work so when the user presses the button to send an 
email, it reads certain information from the ticket and fills in a existing 
email template ready for the user to just click send.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
