I think it's not possible to have the Trac repository browser point to a 
subdirectory of a Subversion repository.

There might be a way to add the feature to Trac in the future, by allowing 
an alias to a subdirectory of a repository. You could then add the 
repository, set it as hidden, and add an alias that points to the 
subdirectory.
