The pull requests merged on 14-Jun may fix the issue. Please try to 
reinstall.

Install from GitHub rather than BitBucket. The BitBucket repository is now 
out-of-date.

Also, you might consider using this plugin instead. I haven't looked 
closely, but it appears to be equivalent.
