Interesting, right now I have a similar issue on my git repo. After my cronjob seemed top fail inserting the command I ran myself the command:
sudo -u trac trac-admin /mnt/data/trac/projects/trac-mep/ changeset added mep de73f39 No command was inserted and I found in the log: Unable to insert changeset de73f39/mep and ticket into db: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "codereviewer_map_pk" Any idea?
