It looks like 1.0.13 is in stretch (testing): https://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=trac I'm not familiar with the Debian release process. Does that mean 1.0.13 will potentially be included in an update of Debian 8, such as update 7? I see that Trac 1.2 is in sid (unstable).
