purpose of that is to return the validate_ticket()? But for my purpose I
would just always return [] there?

The plugin is loaded:
TracDynamicFields 2.2.0.dev0 /mnt/data/trac/projects/trac-pmp/
plugins/TracDynamicFields-2.2.0.dev0-py2.7.egg
But there is nothing on the reviewer flag when creating a new ticket.
