We are starting to use the Estimation Tool plugin. We started to use it a while ago, but we were not quite there yet. I have a couple of questions.
The docs are very terse. There is a bit of information about the various macros. But there is little that I see that tells how the source information is indicated in the ticket. What are all the items that the Plugin looks at? I have a vague memory that there were a couple of plugins that worked together. Maybe I am missing a plugin that cooperates with this one? One obvious thing I am curious about is if the plugin only looks at the estimates hours? That is, as a ticket progresses and fewer hours remain, can the plugin report accordingly? I know that the estimated hours could be changed. But that seems bad as we want to know what the estimated hours were. So we do not want to change that.
