Part of the original exception, "550", is only shown. I consider this
behavior is a Trac issue. Trac should show entire of exception
message.

I think your configuration is wrong.

Please check error messages in your trac.log after enabling logging
and try again.
If authentication is wrong, the following error is logged.

2017-05-23 00:17:20,404 Trac[web_ui] ERROR: Failure sending
notification on change to ticket #1: SMTPAuthenticationError: (535,
'5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful
[TY1PR01CA0132.jpnprd01.prod.outlook.com]')
