Everything with my setup seems to be fine except for when I do a commit via SVN and add "#<ticketNumber" (or refs,see,etc...) the comments (from the commit) is not being added to actual ticket itself. I have setup the post commit & post -revprop-change hook is the same manner that I have on my other Trac/SVN installations.
