Today, I am observing a strange behavior in trac. I use the
TracHoursPlugin (https://trac-hacks.org/wiki/TracHoursPlugin) and it has
been modified in many ways to meet our needs. Usually whenever I create a
new ticket, it will be shown up under the TracHoursPlugin. But today, if I
create a new ticket, it is not showing up immediately but if I restart
apache services, then it is shown up! not sure why this is happening. Why
things work when I reload apache? help me.
For example, if there are 5 tickets already, those five tickets are
shown up. But If I add 6th ticket it is not shown up.
