Hopefully you copied over the entire environment directory, not just the
files subdirectory. You also did a dump and load of the MySQL database?

When you follow the link to an attachment, you get a message like this?:

I am not sure what might have gone wrong here, but maybe it will be more
clear if you fill in some of these details.
