In the default Trac configuration, LegacyAttachmentPolicy grants attachment delete when the user has a certain permission for the realm. Those permissions are: wiki - WIKI_DELETE ticket - TICKET_ADMIN milestone - MILESTONE_DELETE See: https://trac.edgewall.org/browser/tags/trac-0.12.3/trac/attachment.py?marks=862,863#L849 It's briefly discussed in: https://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracFineGrainedPermissions#PermissionPolicies but we need more documentation on the behavior. I'll add documentation on LegacyAttachmentPolicy in the near future. If that doesn't work for you, you could: 1. Use a plugin such as AttachmentPolicyPlugin: https://trac-hacks.org/wiki/AttachmentPolicyPlugin 2. Use fine-grained permissions: https://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracFineGrainedPermissions 3. Write your own permission policy - Ryan -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Trac Users" group.
