Anna, One of the issue with Trac on Windows is that all the components, Python, Apache, mod_wsgi, etc, need to be built with the same release of Visual Studio. In the Bitnami FAQs, (which I can’t currently find), the recommended upgrade path for their Trac stack , was to install the Trac onto a new computer and migrate the data. Trying to upgrade components seems to create problems, I know this from experience.
Also, not sure if you are using Subversion, but Bitnami has dropped Subversion from their Windows Stack -- “We don't include Subversion in our Windows installers anymore due to compatibility issues. The win32svn package doesn't provide Subversion 1.9.x due to compatibility issues in Windows” mod_wsgi can be hard work, not sure why, the config fie is only a few lines.
