The footer is added in theme.html:

You have a few options:
1. Hide/remove it using JavaScript
2. Remove it by writing a plugin that implements ITemplateStreamFilter
3. Copy theme.html, place it in your environment templates directory, and
modify it. However, please see the warnings described at the following
page, and take care on upgrade:
